Holistic Bodywork
Mindfulness and Resilience
Following an unsuccessful operation, I faced severe pain for several years. This period coincided with the COVID lockdowns, which further complicated my recovery. Amidst all this, I also faced the challenge of becoming a father, whilst my relationship at the time simultaneously broke down and my own father passed away. During this time, my autonomic nervous system was severely dysregulated.
Qigong, conscious breathwork, and mindful massage treatments helped me to regulate my nervous system and return to a state of safety, calm, and self-efficacy.
What particularly impacted me then was a 10-day meditation and silence retreat. In the stillness and mindfulness, I became aware of how important letting go is, and the acceptance of impermanence and change as central aspects of life.
Today, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, letting go, and balancing their nervous system – through breath, meditation, and mindful touch.

What does amema mean?
a stands for Breathing (in German: Atem),
me for Meditation, and
ma for Massage – three essential pillars for relaxation, balance, and well-being.
At the same time, amema means “loving” in Esperanto, which reflects my philosophy: to create a deep connection between body, mind, and soul with mindfulness and sensitivity.
