Breathwork is a conscious breathing technique aimed at reducing stress, releasing emotional blockages, and enhancing overall well-being. I incorporate Conscious Connected Breathing, Pranayama, and functional breathing into my sessions.

Breathwork is suitable for anyone looking to relax, reduce stress, or foster a deeper connection with themselves. It can be particularly beneficial for anxiety, sleep issues, emotional processing, or personal development.

Each breathwork session begins with a brief introduction and explanation of the techniques. Afterwards, I will guide you through various breath patterns, accompanied by music and directed guidance. At the end, there is a relaxation phase to allow the experience to resonate.

Yes, there are several contraindications for which, especially with intense breathing techniques, caution is advised. If you are uncertain, please speak with your doctor or therapist beforehand, and feel free to discuss it with me as well. – Severe cardiovascular diseases (e.g., high blood pressure, arrhythmias) – Epilepsy – Severe asthma and other serious lung conditions – Recent surgeries and injuries (especially to the head, upper body, etc.) – Pregnancy – Serious mental illnesses (e.g., severe depression, anxiety disorders, psychoses) – Glaucoma (green star) or elevated intraocular pressure – Aneurysms (abnormal dilations of blood vessels) – Debilitating conditions – Use of consciousness-altering medications (e.g., strong psychotropic drugs, sedatives) – Substance or alcohol abuse (which can affect the effectiveness and safety of the breathing technique)

Wear comfortable clothing. Eat only light meals 1–2 hours beforehand. Come with an open mind and without expectations. Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions are available on-site.

Ich habe die Qi Gong Kurse mit Lars sehr gut gefunden. Lars ist sehr freundlich, hat viel Geduld und erklärt die Übungen im Detail. Die Stimmung in der Gruppe war sehr nett, entspannt und freundlich. Ich kann die Qi Gong Kurse empfehlen.

In Reith im Alpbachtal gibt es ein kleines feines Studio in dem Qi Gong von Lars wunderbar gelehrt wird.Er schaut das jeder es richtig umsetzt und hat ein offenes Ohr.Freude und Wohlfühlsein befindet sich in dem Raum.Ich bin dankbar diese Welt der Entspannung entdeckt zu haben.🪷
